Beach Hut Hire Walton on the Naze

Turquoise Beach Huts Features

The latest edition to beach hut-hire is our fabulous turquoise hut, with its front row position on the promenade. It is the closest beach hut we own to the pier. It is set up upon 6 steps so it has privacy away from passers-by, fabulous views and easy access to the beach.

I wanted to push the boundaries of beach hut decor with this hut and its monochrome interior does exactly that. The idea came about after I purchased a vintage poster, which became the focal point to our mood board when designing the hut. Black and white is timeless and I wanted the hut to have this chic effortless feel to it with pops of colour. You’ll find hues of gold, orange and turquoise

Like with all ours hut we provide crockery, cutlery and glasses for 6, a single gas stove and whistling kettle, tea, coffee and sugar, a day bed, table and chairs, outdoor seating and not forgetting a bucket and spade for the kids. All you will need to bring is milk for your cuppa, a tea towel for washing up and a black bag to take your rubbish away with you.

Please note there is no water or electricity in the beach huts, water can be obtained from the nearby water tap, a water carrier is provided in the hut. However in winter the council turn off the taps so you will need to bring a bottle of water should you wish to make a cuppa.

The hut is located a short walk from the WC facilities near the pier. A few feet away is the candy coloured May’s Boardwalk cafe which serves up a great cup of tea, hot food and ice-creams.

We do allow well-behaved dogs at the hut, although this is limited to only one dog per stay. The beach (from the pier towards Frinton) is dog-friendly all year around. There are restrictions in place on the beach from the Pier towards the Naze.
